I'm rebuilding operations around AI as the operating system. I'm looking for builders and outcome owners who want to help build self-running internal systems.
I'm not hiring employees or building a traditional team. I'm building a closed-loop intelligence layer for Creating Value LLC — and WeAddBots is the first system getting this treatment.
Agent orchestration. Self-running workflows. Humans in the loop where it matters. Meetup ops, lead flow, content engine — all of it is being rebuilt around AI as the operating system, not a bolt-on.
I'm looking for people who think in systems, not tasks. People who'd rather build something that runs itself than do the same thing manually every week.
🔬 Curious and iterative. You favor progress over perfection. You ship something small, see what happens, and improve it.
🛠 Comfortable with Git. Not optional. Vibe-coding is fine, but structured version control is required.
🤖 Claude Code or similar. Ideally you're already using Claude Code or Claude Projects locally. If not, you should be eager to learn.
💬 Async-first. Loom walkthroughs, pull requests, occasional calls. You don't need someone looking over your shoulder to do great work.
Non-critical internal work. Low stakes, real output. We both get to see how the collaboration feels before committing to anything bigger.
The first real project is rebuilding WeAddBots internal systems — meetup operations, lead flow, content pipeline. This is where the work starts.
No relocation required. If you're in Memphis, great — but async collaboration works just as well.
📝 A quick note about a recent agent or project you built. What was the problem, what did you build, what happened?
🎥 A Loom walkthrough of something you've built. Bonus points, not required.
🤝 Shared connections. If we know someone in common or you've been to a Memphis AI Meetup, mention it.
I read every submission. Progress over perfection.
Let's see if we click.
